Number 1.

Range Brewing
Range Brewery is a ‘small batch’ brewery located in Byres Street, Newstead. They are an extremely dedicated team who are well known sticklers for quality and innovation. Range Brewing specialise in a select range of refreshing Hoppy, Dark and Sours Beers.  Range’s Brewery is definitely a space you have to visit. Within the minimalist warehouse, Range has created a fantastic looking brewery that you’ll want to get your phone out and take a few pics. They don’t just do beers, they also offer the perfect selection of sourdough pizzas to share with your mates whilst trying their brilliant beers. That is why Range Brewing is our Number 1 Brisbane Brewery to Visit this Summer.


Number 2.

Revel Brewing
Okay so if you haven’t heard of Revel Brewery, you have to check them out this weekend. Revel Brewing is an award winning microbrewery based out of Bulimba and they’re currently killing the craft beer scene.  Most notably Revel were voted QLD’s Best Brewery 2019 and took home 7 Bronze Award at the 2019 Royal Queensland Food & Wine Show – Beer Awards. Not only do they produce award winning beers, they are a lovely bunch of guys with a selection of IPA, Stouts and Ales every enthusiast needs to try. Head on down to 41 Oxford Street, Bulimba this summer and try some of their award winning beers and their pizzas. Reserve a table, Take a few friends and make the night of it.


Number 3.

Soapbox Beer
Soapbox Beer is a old school dance studio turned Brewery located on Gipps Street within the heart of the Fortitude Valley. The brainchild of Beer Fanatics, Scott Robertson and Luke Nixon, was born a little over 7 years ago and within that time they managed to create not only a beautiful brewery but have managed to brew some pretty epix beers. Soapbox have 8 full flavoured beers on tap including five mainstays – Pale Ale, Dark Ale, Amber Ale, IPA and Kolsch, so there’s never any shortage of options. Soapbox’s mantra is ‘raise the megaphone for real beer’ and boy have they done that. Soapbox beer have solidified their position within the Queensland Craft Beer industry as a definite front runner.  We highly recommend heading down to Soapbox this summer to grab a beer, relax, connect with friends and feed your soul on their just as tasty menu.

Aether Brewing
Aether Brewing is situated in Railway Terrace, Milton and is an ideal place to sitback and have a cold one. Aether has the perfect combination of Modern Design,  Classic Taste and Ideal Location which is why their brewpub will be a destination hot spot this summer. Aether has a huge local selection of Beers (6 Aether Core range beers, 3 Aether Seasonal beers, and 3 guest beers) and Food such as Burgers, Pizzas and Tapas to satisfy even the pickiest of people. The attention to detail, sleek finishings, fresh local beers and overall hopping atmosphere is why you have to add Aether Brewing to your list of breweries to visit these holidays.


Number 5.

Helios Brewing
Helios Brewing Company and their 15bbl brewery is situated on Yeerongpilly on Brisbane’s Southside. Helios is widely known for its local sustainability practises, environmentally friendly apparatus and efforts to reduce their carbon footprint. Just look to their roof which is covered in solar panels, fitting considering ‘Helios‘ is the Greek God of the sun. The brewery design is extremely well thought out inside and out including their selection of 6 core beers cleverly names after Greek Gods. You have grab a mate or two, come down to Helios and have a few beers and chill.. you can even bring the dog. Incase you get hungry, Thursday to Saturday food trucks are on hand in the evenings to serve a wide range of awesome food.
